Christmas cookie goodness! 🎄🍪🎄
Keeping Christmas baking small this year but decided to try a new cookie recipe. These are gluten free, nut free, vegan, and sweetened with maple syrup—which if you read The Nearly Nixed Noêl holiday novella you know is a valued treat around these parts;)
I only made a few adaptions to the recipe and it turned out great. The perfect cookies with tea or cocoa. And big bonus, they were fast to make, so I’m thinking this recipe is going into my holiday treat file:)
